Brief:

This project in Goldenbank, Falmouth, was an award-winning patio (Best Project by New Entrant) in a competition organised by Marshalls.

We had to overcome quite a few access issues due to the enclosed garden area at this property. With the help of James Contracting, we were able to hoist a mini digger over the garden wall so that we could carry-out the preliminary works.

A complete dig-out was first carried-out in order to level the ground and prepare the surface for the 20mm porcelain paving slabs and astroturf. We incorporated an ACO drain in order to drain-away any water from the new surfaces.
